Jerome, the owner, needed a way to raise his extremely low residential margins and escape the long hours and constant pressure of running the business alone. He wanted both a more profitable company and a better lifestyle, but his existing system couldn’t deliver either.

The Results
Jerome went from being chained to his business (working long hours, never taking weekends, and carrying the weight of every decision) to building a business that runs smoothly without him. He now takes fourday weekends, multiple multiweek vacations each year, and even travels internationally while the business continues to perform.

Before working with me, Jerome’s residential margins were between 15% and 30%. Within three months of adopting the system, he began consistently commanding 45%–50% margins.

His business is now typically booked out two to three months in advance, and he now owns seven homes (many used for rental income) plus an additional lake property. All but one are paid off, and he owns his store and warehouse outright.

How a Simple Selling System Tripled Net Profit, Even With a Brand-New Salesperson

What They Needed
Russ, the owner,  needed a sales system that a brand
new salesperson could step into and start producing results quickly. His team was constantly forced to compete on price against nearby bigbox stores, and new hires struggled under the pressure.

I provided a Selling System that gave Daniel—a completely green, sixmonthin salesperson—a clear, repeatable structure for every customer interaction. Instead of winging it, he followed a proven process that guided the conversation, built trust, and positioned value over price.

The Results
Daniel went from ending his days exhausted and discouraged to feeling confident and in control. Russ no longer had to micromanage or personally teach every aspect of the sales process. Instead, he had a system that empowered even inexperienced team members to succeed.

Daniel’s residential margins were 30%–35% and his close rate was inconsistent. After adopting the system, he closed his first seven out of seven customers, raised his average close rate to 85%, and increased residential margins to around 40%. With the system in place, Russ reports that their net profits have tripled—even after eliminating all advertising.
